Quality

To ensure the highest quality, we have a highly organized workspace & carefully refined processes. Our inventory is organized by the following classes:

New Factory Sealed - Brand new equipment still in the original manufacturer's sealed packaging.
New Open Box - Brand new equipment in the original manufacturer's packaging that has been opened.
New Bulk Pack - Brand new equipment without the original manufacturer's packaging
Grade A Refurbished - Reconditioned equipment that has been restored to near-new condition, complete with all original accessories.
Used - Pre-owned equipment that has been tested and reset to factory defaults. Used products may show signs of prior use.

Our refurbished equipment is reconditioned in-house and stored in our secure, climate controlled warehouse. Refurbished equipment is extensively tested, cleaned and software reset to factory defaults. We package refurbished equipment with all the original accessories so it is ready to be installed.
